Our Removal Services:

LICE911 provides lice and nit removal services in the comfort of your home or at our Maple Ridge offices. We work closely with each client to educate and teach effective lice removal and prevention procedures. Our clients are left with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively sceen, treat and prevent re-infestations.

All in-home services have an service charge depending on location. You can save the service charge by travelling to our home office.  

Screening Services:

Are you worried you may have head lice or that you may have missed a nit? We offer full evaluation and diagnostics. Our lice specialists will screen all family members and evaluate the level of infestation. If we confirm an infestation, our head lice specialists can show you what works and what doesn't while educating and teaching effective lice and nit removal methods. 

Lice and Nit Removal Services:

LICE911 offers full lice and nit removal services. This service can be conducted at our offices in Maple Ridge or we can travel to your home (nominal service charges apply). Our knowledgable lice specialists will teach you everything you needed to know to beat the lifecycle and will show you the easiest way to de-louse your house. 

We begin by screening all family members to evaluate the level of infestation. Once we confirm an infestation, we proceed with the wet-combing method. This method is based on breaking up the life cycle of the head louse without using chemical treatments. This is a safe and non-toxic method supported by health nurses and pediatricians across Canada and is the only 100% effective method.

This service takes 1-2 hours per person (depending on the length of hair and severity of infestation). 

 Cost:  $60.00/hour per technician

Lice Removal Training Session:

We also offer a personalized training session for those families who would like to do their  own nit-picking but need some help getting started. This is a personalized service where we explain how to break up the lifecycle including what works and what doesn't. Our specialists start by screening all family members to determine the level of infestation. Then, we'll show you exactly what to look for and teach you the tricks of the trade during our hands-on component. This service takes about an hour and we work through nearly the entire head with you. You are left with all the knowledge and know-how to continue on your own. This service includes a LICE911 Removal Kit so you have all the tools you need to easily continue on your own.
